Join our Macquarie Asset Management business during a period of exciting change. You will work in our New York or Philadelphia office in a cross-functional Product Team to support MAM’s key business initiatives. You will lead on all aspects of data product management within the team to help the Product Owner and development team drive digitalization through well-managed, automated, and governed data.
In the first 12 months, you will work alongside our Marketing businesses, where you will play a significant role in designing and executing the future through strategically-focused digital marketing solutions. You will collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, Technology, Operations, and Support functions to drive alignment to our data principles and make it easier to deliver digital experiences to our clients and Client Solutions Group. Your experience in data-driven Marketing will help you contribute to the teams strategy and to define, locate, trace and model data processes, including data ownership, classification, Data Element to Business Element relationships, and data flows recorded in the data catalogue
Your daily tasks will include running workshops, analyzing existing and future business process, developing conceptual data models, managing data quality, documenting user journeys, Agile story writing, and coordinating business testing. You will have existing knowledge of Marketing in financial markets or asset management and deep experience in data management or business analysis, with a focus on data. You will have some exposure to Agile methodology and knowledge of asset management data flows and associated data domains (e.g. portfolios, funds, trades, securities, performance).

Salary range for this position: $145,000 – $180,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
